Shop with confidence at WakeHouse.com and know that you're getting the best possible price on the products we carry. If you happen to find an item we have in-stock on a competitor's site for less than we're offering it, just let us know and we'll be happy to beat their price by 5%.

Here's how it works

Prior to purchase:

Give us a shout or live chat with us. Let us know where you found the product. We'll verify the competitor's final price to you, and we'll adjust our product to beat their price by 5% and let you complete your purchase.

After purchase:

Shoot us an email and let us know your name, order number, product, and competitor's website. We'll check out the competitor's website. If you're order was within 14 days from the time of request, we'll issue you a store credit in the amount of the difference. (On post-purchase price matching, the store credit will be in the exact amount of the difference, not an additional 5%)

Products that qualify:

In order for a product to qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the competitor's product must be the same size, color, model year, equipped with the same options, and be in the same condition. We will not price match with retailer's outside of the United States, eBay or other online auction sites, and United States retailers not licensed by the manufacturer as these retailers will not be able to handle warranty related isssues.

Examples that Qualify:

1. You purchased the coolest new wakeboard to ever hit the water from WakeHouse.com for $500. It arrives and you are the happiest person in the world. 13 days after your purchase, you find wakeboardbusiness.com (a licensed US based retailer) is offering the same exact board for $50 less (including all other fees and shipping). Shoot us an email or give us a shout, we'll check out the competitor's site and issue you a $50 store credit to spend on future any future purchase(s)

2. While surfing the net, you find a sweet pair of bindings on wakeboardbusiness.com for $400, but the same bindings are a touch more expensive on our website. Give us a shout or live chat with us, and we'll mark our bindings down to $380 (5% less) and you can go ahead with your order.

Examples that Does Not Qualify:

1. You purchased a brand new 67" waterski from WakeHouse.com to tackle a few more buoys. Searching the web minutes after your purchase, you find the skibusiness.com has the 65" version of this ski, but not the 67" version for $25 less. We will not price match this situation, because the competitor does not have the same size ski in stock.

In-Store Price Match:

If you find we have dropped the price of an item you purchased from WakeHouse.com within 21 days of your purchase, just let us know, and we'll issue you a store credit to use towards future purchase(s)
